Coconut Island Sunrise
Description
The Coconut Island Sunrise blends tequila, fresh pineapple and orange juice, rich coconut cream, and a splash of grenadine for a beautiful layered effect. Rimmed with coconut flakes and topped with cherries, this cocktail is as delicious as it is stunning.

Prepare the Glass:

Run a slice of orange or pineapple around the rim of your glass.

Dip the rim into coconut flakes to coat it nicely.
Fill the Glass:

Fill the prepared glass with ice cubes.
Mix the Cocktail:

In a shaker, combine the tequila, pineapple juice, orange juice, and coconut cream.

Shake well for about 10–15 seconds until chilled and creamy.
Pour and Layer:

Strain the mixture over the ice in your rimmed glass.
