Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the green peas and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the onions:
-
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.
-
Add the chopped onion and sauté until they turn soft and golden brown.
Cook the spices and tomatoes:
-
Add the minced ginger and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
-
Add Kitchen King masala, turmeric, red chili powder, and dhana jeeru. Mix well and cook for a few seconds to release the flavors.

Add chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they turn soft and pulpy. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Make the gravy paste:
-
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then transfer it to a blender or use an immersion blender.
-
Grind into a smooth paste.
Cook the gravy:
-
In the same pan, heat the remaining 2 tbsp oil over medium heat.
-
Pour in the ground gravy paste. Add salt and stir well.
-
Cook the gravy for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combine with peas and paneer:
-
Add the boiled green peas and paneer cubes to the gravy. Stir gently to coat them in the masala.
Add water:
-
Pour in 1 cup of water and mix well.
-
Cover and cook for another 5–8 minutes on low-medium heat to allow the flavors to blend.
Finish with cream:
-
Add a splash of whipping cream and stir gently.

Let it simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve:
-
Serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice.
